In many circumstances, reprinting without permission is considered theft of intellectual property, and the Pension Research Council/Boettner Center and our partners in publishing will pursue sanctions against any transgression under applicable law.

In general, the publishing press retains the copyright for book chapters published at www.pensionresearchcouncil.org.
Authorized Users
An authorized user may print a single copy of any book chapter found on the
website www.pensionresearchcouncil.org for personal, one-time use. This
permission is given to authorized users under the exclusive condition that
the copyright notice must appear on the first page of every book chapter.

Newsletters, or Electronic Distribution by CD-ROM, Website, or

To request reprint permission, you must contact the press that published the
